Direct Access to Lab Testing for BC Naturopathic Doctors

An announcement from BC Biomedical / Lifelabs this month proclaims:  ”Patient access to laboratory testing just got a lot easier”.This month, BC Biomedical / Lifelabs announced that Naturopathic Doctors will now have direct access to ordering lab testing for patients.  This new primary relationship with the lab facility enables BC Naturopathic doctors to tailor requisitions for their patient’s blood work for diagnostic and monitoring purposes.  While patients will still need to pay out of pocket for this service, costs are reasonable.
