Mango Salsa

This refreshing tropical spring recipe has a South Asian influence, and is ultra-healthy. Mango is known as the “king of fruits,” in part due to its immune-boosting qualities and many other health benefits. You can make this salsa with any fruits of your choice and use it in tacos, as a dip, or paired with rice and beans.
